04 Steps to Ownership

A two-way conversation.

We're as selective about partners as you should be about brands. Ten chapters. About nine to fourteen months from first inquiry to grand opening. Real two-way diligence at every stage.

Chapters in process 10 Inquiry → Launch
Inquiry to discovery <1 DAY business day
Inquiry to opening 9–14 MO months typical
Cost to inquire $0 No obligation
01 How we approach this

We're not
trying to sell franchises.

We are looking for a small group of operator-partners who treat the brand the way we do. The process is built around two-way diligence at every stage, not a pressured sales funnel.

Most candidates we talk to don't sign. Some self-select out. Some we move forward with, then mutually pause. We are looking for partners we will work with for the next decade, not the next quarter.

Below is exactly how the process runs. No surprises.

02 The Ten-Chapter Process

Plain-language
path forward.

No mystery. No pressure stages. Each chapter has a defined output, a defined timeline, and an off-ramp on both sides.

Phase I Weeks 0–4 Chapters 01–05

03 Fit Criteria

What we look at.
Up front.

We don't want either side spending months on a process that won't work. Here's what we check early — most of it on the inquiry form, the rest on the discovery call.

Liquid capital Per FDD Item 7 Disclosed in current FDD
Net worth Per FDD Item 7 Disclosed in current FDD
Operating background Preferred, not required A third of franchisees came from outside auto
Time horizon 9–14 months Inquiry to grand opening
Geography 37 states open See current registration map
Multi-unit Available Area development for qualified operators
03 Ideal Candidate

We're not
for everyone.

We're a small franchise system growing deliberately. The operators we move forward with tend to share a similar profile across capital, leadership, and operating discipline.

+ We're looking for
  • Operators and leaders who set the tone
  • Communicators who can build a local team
  • Financially prepared and disciplined
  • Multi-unit minded. But patient
  • Community-builders, not deal-chasers
  • People who follow the playbook
Not a fit
  • Passive investors looking for absentee
  • Anyone chasing a hype cycle
  • Operators who won't follow brand standards
  • People who view repair as just transactions
  • Anyone uncomfortable with transparency
03.B A clearer line

Who this
isn't for.

Said plainly. Saves both sides a discovery call and a lot of polite back-and-forth.

01 Passive investors looking for a hands-off return
02 Operators who treat customers as transactions
03 Buyers looking for a quick flip
04 Anyone uncomfortable following brand standards
05 Owners who cut corners when no one's watching

09 Common Questions

Plainly
answered.

Don't see your question? Email . We respond within one business day.

No. About a third of our franchisees came from outside the industry. What matters more is operating mindset, capital, and a clear commitment to the customer-first model. Your shop will be staffed by ASE-certified technicians from day one. Your job is to lead the business, not turn the wrench.
Typical timeline is 9 to 14 months: 60 days for site selection, 4–6 months for build-out, six weeks for training, then a two-week soft launch before grand opening.
Dedicated franchise business consultant, monthly P&L reviews, quarterly on-site visits, ongoing training for your team, and a shared marketing fund managed at brand level. Your support team stays on-site through your first ninety days.
Yes. Multi-unit and area development agreements are available. We give priority to operators who can commit to three or more shops within five years.
Free-standing buildings or end-caps, 4,500–7,500 sq ft, six to eight bays, with high traffic visibility. Our real estate team helps you identify and negotiate.
You do. Local reputation is everything in this business. The brand fund and marketing systems support you, but customers are yours.
