"A decade ago in DFW, we set out to bring trust and transparency back to auto repair. One shop grew into a regional Texas footprint, built on relationships with our customers, our team, and now our franchise partners. We're building a legacy of service."

Kevin founded Integrity 1st Car Pros in 2015 in Plano, Texas, after years in the automotive service industry, with a simple mission: bring integrity back to auto repair. The company has since grown from a single Plano shop into one of the highest-rated automotive service networks across Dallas–Fort Worth and Houston.

We're now inviting a small group of operator-partners to bring this same standard to their communities, with the same expectations of quality, transparency, and consistent execution we hold ourselves to.

No. About a third of our franchisees came from outside the industry. What matters more is operational mindset, capital, and a real commitment to the customer-first model. Your shop will be staffed by ASE-certified technicians from day one. Your job is to lead the business, not turn the wrench.
Typical timeline is 9 to 14 months: 60 days for site selection, 4–6 months for build-out, six weeks for training, then a two-week soft launch before grand opening.
Dedicated franchise business consultant, monthly P&L reviews, quarterly on-site visits, ongoing training for your team, and a shared marketing fund managed at brand level. Your support team stays on-site through your first ninety days.
Yes. Multi-unit and area development agreements are available. We give priority to operators who can commit to three or more shops within five years.
