02 Investment & Costs

What it actually takes.

Specific figures live in the Franchise Disclosure Document, not on this page. Here's the structure of the investment, the categories you'll see in Item 7, and the financing partners we work with.

01 Disclosure Approach

Why we don't
publish dollar figures
on this page.

Specific franchise fees, royalty rates, and the estimated initial investment range are detailed in our current Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) — the legal source of truth for every franchise figure.

Publishing those figures outside the FDD creates compliance risk for both sides and risks getting out of date. We share them on a discovery call once both sides see preliminary alignment, then walk through every line in person.

We also do not make earnings claims, financial performance representations, or revenue projections on this website. Any financial performance information appears in Item 19 of the FDD, if and as we choose to provide it.

All franchise offers are made only through delivery of the current FDD and in compliance with federal and state franchise laws. This website is informational only.

02 Path Selection

Two paths
to ownership.

Most candidates arrive on one of two tracks: building a new shop from the ground up, or bringing an existing independent operation into the system. The path shapes the timeline, the build-out, and the figures.

PATH A

New build

A ground-up site developed to current Integrity 1st architectural and operating standards. Site selection, lease, design, build-out, and equipment installation are project-managed end-to-end by our development team.

Longer pre-opening runway, full brand expression on day one. Suited to operators committing to a defined territory.

  • Pre-opening: 9–12 months typical
  • Estimated initial investment range: per FDD Item 7
  • Full Item 7 range disclosed in current FDD
PATH B

Conversion

An existing independent shop joining the system. Our conversion track addresses re-branding, equipment alignment, training, technology cut-over, and operating-standard migration without forcing a full ground-up rebuild.

Shorter runway, lower investment, and continuity of an established customer base.

  • Pre-opening: 4–7 months typical
  • Investment range: lower than new build · per FDD Item 7
  • Conversion fees and ranges disclosed in current FDD

Conversion fees, ranges, and terms differ from new build. All figures disclosed in the current FDD.

Why these are headline figures

The numbers above are the line items most candidates ask about first. The current FDD is the legal source of truth — full ranges, financial performance representations, territory specifics, and every Item 5–7 sub-line are walked through together on the discovery call and in writing in the FDD itself.
