Privacy Policy
Integrity 1st Car Pros Franchise Holdings LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects the privacy of visitors to integrity1franchise.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site you agree to this Policy.
This Site is a franchise-recruitment marketing site. It is informational only and is not a franchise offer. Franchise offers are made only through delivery of the current Franchise Disclosure Document and in compliance with applicable federal and state franchise laws.
1. Information we collect
We collect two kinds of information.
Information you give us directly. When you submit a form on the Site (for example the “Request Franchise Information” multi-step inquiry or the “Download the Prospectus” form), we receive the information you choose to provide. That may include:
- Your name, email address, phone number, and city or state of residence
- Your background, occupation, and current business ownership status
- Your capital position, target investment timeframe, and preferred ownership path
- Your market of interest and any free-form comments you include
- Your stated consent to receive related communications
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting platform and caching layer may automatically collect standard log information including:
- IP address, browser type and version, device type and operating system
- Pages you view, the date and time of each visit, and the referring URL
- Aggregated performance information used to deliver and cache the Site
We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers or behavioral retargeting pixels on the Site. If we add analytics or remarketing in the future, this Policy will be updated and the change noted in the change log.
2. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries and deliver the materials you requested, including the franchise prospectus
- Evaluate prospective franchise candidates as part of our standard franchise-development process
- Provide and improve the Site, including performance, security, and accessibility
- Comply with applicable federal and state franchise laws and respond to lawful requests
- Protect against fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
We do not sell your personal information. We do not “share” your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses functional cookies set by our content management system and caching layer to deliver pages efficiently. These cookies are necessary for the Site to operate and do not track you across other sites. Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings; blocking functional cookies may cause parts of the Site not to function.
4. How we share information
We share information only with the following categories of recipients:
- Service providers that operate the Site, our forms, our email delivery, and our hosting infrastructure. These providers act under contractual obligations limiting their use of information to providing services to us.
- Our franchise-development team and advisors who evaluate and follow up on inquiries.
- Counsel, accountants, and regulators, when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect our rights.
- Successors, in connection with a business transaction such as a sale or merger.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
5. Email and SMS communications
If you request information about a franchise opportunity, you consent to receive related email communications from us. We send the following types of email:
- Transactional responses to your inquiry, for example delivering the prospectus or confirming a discovery call
- A small number of follow-up emails about the franchise opportunity if you indicated interest
You may opt out of future communications from us at any time by replying to any email and asking to unsubscribe, or by emailing franchise@integrity1auto.com. We will honor opt-out requests promptly.
If you submit a phone number, we may contact you about your inquiry by phone or text. We do not send marketing text messages without express prior consent, and message and data rates may apply.
6. How long we keep information
We keep inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate your inquiry, comply with our legal obligations under the FTC Franchise Rule and applicable state franchise laws, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Inactive inquiries are subject to deletion on a routine schedule.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we have about you
- Request that we correct or delete personal information about you
- Opt out of certain processing
- Receive a portable copy of certain information you provided to us
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
To make a request, email franchise@integrity1auto.com with the words “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law, typically within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
California residents. The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives California residents the rights described above. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. The categories of personal information we collect, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose information are described above in Sections 1, 2, and 4. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to verification.
Other states. Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws (including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and others) may have similar rights and may use the same email address to make requests.
8. Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed to children under sixteen, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under sixteen. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information you submit through the Site. No internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites for context, for example our parent automotive-service site at integrity1auto.com. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their policies before submitting information.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. If we make a material change in how we use personal information, we will provide additional notice on the Site.
